Let's Paws for a Moment: the use of animals for interventions and therapies
(Leading Others)
This workshop was wonderful in understanding how animals can be used in therapy. I learned about animal assisted therapy and the settings they can be used in such as end of life care or teaching a child to read.

Making the Imposter-able Possible: Knowing Imposter Syndrome as a Student
(Leading Self)
This workshop was wonderful in understanding what imposter syndrome is (psychological pattern where individuals doubt their abilities to do something, even when capable) and it's five types (perfectionist, expert, soloist, natural genius, superhero). I found that I am mostly a perfectionist.

Foundations of Diversity: BIPOC Unity Center - Diversity Definitions
(Leading in a Diverse World)
This workshop was wonderful in understanding the intricacies surrounding race and identities. I find it always important to brush up on these topics and keep up with the changing world. A main key concept that I loved from this workshop was, "being invited to the party is allyship, but inclusivity is being invited to dance."
